Booking and Cancellation Policy

Payments for events organised by the PSHE Association must be received before the event date to guarantee admission on the day. If you have not received an invoice four weeks prior to the event date, email us at

Should you need to cancel your booking, please email at the earliest opportunity. Cancellation charges are calculated as follows:

  • One month or more before the event, you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • Between one month and seven days before the event, you will be entitled to a 50% refund.
  • Within seven days of the event, it will not be possible to offer a refund.
  • No refund will be made for non-attendance.

If an event is cancelled or changed, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
