Launch of the PSHE Subject Association

31 January 2007

The PSHE Subject Association is going from strength to strength and we would like to thank you for all your support. We have been working hard on developing the website, getting a governance structure in place and consulting with teachers and other key players to establish their needs and how they can be addressed. We are very proud to announce the official launch of the association.

The official launch of the PSHE Subject Association took place at the House of Lords on Tuesday 8th February 2007.

The event was hosted by Baroness Gould of Potternewton with an address by Lord Andrew Adonis, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Schools  followed by input from teachers and children from both primary and secondary schools. Attendance by invite only.

Despite the heavy snow, the event was a great success. Thank you to all of you who made it.
