PSHE association consultation report

In 2005 there was a national consultation exercise to determine whether a national personal, social and health education (PSHE) teaching association would be effective in adding to existing support for those involved in the delivery of PSHE.

The PSHE Teaching Association report published by the National Children’s Bureau in January 2006, showed significant interest in a PSHE association that would provide practitioners with a support network, a means of keeping up to date and sharing effective practice and which would give them a voice at a national level.
