PSHE Association Trustees needed

Membership of the Association is growing rapidly which means we are now looking for two individuals with a range of skills and expertise to join our Board of Trustees. 
 
As we are a registered charity, the Board is ultimately responsible for governance and strategic direction of the organisation which makes this an exciting opportunity to influence our future.
 
We are particularly keen to achieve a diverse board and would welcome applications from all sections of the community. Experience in business or finance would be highly desirable.
 
Term of office:
Each trustee is asked to commit to a minimum of three year membership of the Board, renewable for a further three years. 
 
Time commitment: Board meetings take place each financial quarter. They are held at the Association's offices at London Bridge.  One of these meetings is arranged as an annual away day.
 
Expenses: Each Board member will be paid travel expenses.
