‘Developing financially capable young people’- Ofsted report
Teaching young people to better manage their money can help prepare them for the world of bank accounts, credit cards, insurance and mortgages, according to the latest report by Ofsted, the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills.(March 2008)

Money Matters & Mobiles- a new resource for primary schools uses mobile phones as a context for teaching personal finance. It was developed by pfeg (Personal Finance Education Group) working with teachers from 8 schools in Tower Hamlets and Greenwich and includes a range of case studies, lesson plans, and samples of students' work.
