Important note: We have decided to postpone all of our March 2020 CPD training days due to the ongoing coronavirus situation. This is a precautionary measure to help towards general efforts to limit the disease’s spread. At this stage we are keeping our May and June courses in the diary. However, we ask that you do not book any travel/supply cover as we may need to postpone, depending on Public Health England advice at the time. In the event of cancellation, we will offer an alternative date.

Who should attend:

PSHE leads and coordinators and teachers working in the primary phase or equivalent.

Course overview:

This workshop is perfect for anyone planning or updating PSHE education lessons and schemes of work at key stages 1 and 2. It includes step by step guidance on long, medium and short term planning, how to integrate assessment in a meaningful and manageable way and how to design high quality PSHE lesson plans that will actively engage pupils and that reflect best practice in PSHE teaching and learning.

100% of delegates who attended our 'Planning your School's PSHE Education Programme (Key stage 1 & 2)' course in 2019 thought it was either excellent or very good.

A previous delegates told us:
“I feel positive in my new role as PSHE co-ordinator and have some excellent ideas to take back to school in terms of policy writing, planning and how to evidence progress in PSHE”
