Home learning pack for Year 9-11 on career opportunities, showcasing personal strengths and making a positive impression online, helping students to:

  • Explore strategies for showcasing strengths online and how this can create a positive impression to future employers
  • Identify career opportunities online and the associated benefits and challenges of these
  • Evaluate the benefits and challenges of maintaining a positive online presence

Developing knowledge, skills and positive attributes relating to social media use can help students to understand how this can affect a person’s employment opportunities in the future.

In these home-learning lessons, students will consider how people can showcase personal strengths online, explore the importance of maintaining a positive online reputation and how this can help them in securing future employment.
