Sarah Lyles


Sarah is the PSHE and Wellbeing Curriculum Consultant for Babcock 4S, and the lead trainer for the National PSHE CPD Programme; as part of the National Team she has developed training resources, materials and guidance to support National PSHE CPD Programme Leads across the country. She supports both Primary and Secondary schools with the development of effective teaching and learning, with a particular focus upon the development of PSHE, having specific expertise in Drug, Alcohol and Tobacco Education, Sex and Relationships Education and Emotional Health and Wellbeing.

Sarah led on the development of the PSHE Toolkit for Secondary Schools in Surrey and has written a supporting Tobacco Education Teaching and Learning pack – with additional ‘Stopping Smoking’ material for the South East region. She supports schools with the development of Safeguarding and Child Protection practices and is also part of the Babcock 4S (NQT appropriate body) aiding the NQT induction process for Surrey schools. Sarah is driven to promote the importance of physical and mental health and wellbeing in order to achieve high-quality teaching, learning and leadership.
